Return Policy

We appreciate your business, regarding any returns, With this online store, we prefer all of our sales to be final purchases. (Once again, orders over $1,000.00 restocking fee  20%). To confirm a color or style, please check with us via phone or mail as swatches may be available. Any Custom ordered products are final sales. You may find information on all products prior to ordering by calling for swatch samples, if any, or by email to fblinen @msn.com. Ship charges are not refunded. NOTE:***Open packages are not returnable.

Warranties

We forward any warranties directed from Manufacturers on their labels.

Order Cancellation Policy

If orders are out of inventory, we will notify via email. You may decide to cancel as orders are not charged until week of ship date.

Minimum Order Policy

Please note that we have a $30.00 minimum order requirement.

Shipping Policy

All orders are reviewed for accuracy and/or special instructions immediately. If we are out of inventory, we will email with an approximate ship date. No orders charged to credit card until delivery date determined. Delays can occur during Holiday rushes , etc. Please email us for a quote on shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. NOTE: Fed Ex packages for Overnight or 2nd day air can be shipped on Saturday prior to 3pm MST. ***Specify any urgency for shipped in the comments field after orders are placed***. Another note: UPS ships ground 5 days to Alaska, Hawaii, and 4 days to Puerto Rico.
