Policies General Policies We start the process of reviewing orders upon receipt or shortly after. If we are out of inventory, we will email with an approximate ship date. No orders are charged on the credit card until delivery date determined. Delays can occur during Holiday rushes , etc. Please email us for a quote on shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. NOTE: Fed Ex packages for Overnight or 2nd day air can be shipped on Saturday prior to 3pm MST. ***Specify any urgency for shipped in the comments field after orders are placed***. You may decide to cancel as orders are not charged until week of ship date. Warranties We forward any warranties directed from Manufacturers on their labels. Return Policies We appreciate your business, regarding any returns, you must first call 1-800-268-2993 or email request. With this online store, we prefer all of our sales to be final purchases. (Once again, orders over 1000.00 have a 15% restocking fee). If you want to order to confirm a color or style, please check with us via phone or mail as swatches may be available. Our live chat is up and running daily. The reason is that most of our bed linens, although shipped quickly , are considered imported items. They are not always in the US and are considered custom orders. Please email any concerns regarding possible returns. Any Custom ordered products are final sales.
